Teaching Staff

Our TAGteach™ certified staff consists of highly regarded professional dancers and performing artists, each with exceptional teaching experience. Our teachers cultivate enthusiasm in our students through their own joy in dance and out of their sincere love for children (we TAG, we don’t nag!).

Joey Mirabile
A wildly favorite choreographer on the local scene, Joey's credits can't possibly represent his immeasurable enthusiasm. His casts adore him and his students plain can't get enough of his fabulosity.

For MLT & Salem State College, Joey's choreography credits include Oklahoma, Joseph, Footloose, Grease & the soon to be onstage MHS's West Side Story.

Joey's professional acting credits include... Forum (Hero), They're Playing Our Song (Vernon) for Summer Theatre at Salem. Other credits include The Producers (Carmen), Company (Bobby), Six Degrees of Separation (Rick), Antigone (Sentry), Night Sky (Daniel) and Country Wife (Sir Jasper).

Joey received a DASH nomination for the role of Carmen in The Producers with Emerson Umbrella. This past May, Joey received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from Salem State College.

Working credits aside - we've loved every moment we've had the pleasure of learning with Joey here at A Dancer's Dream and can't wait 'til he's back from NYC on his next guest teaching visit!!!
